How we can help

  • This training explores the legal, cultural, and practical dimensions of faith inclusion in the workplace and community settings. It goes beyond compliance with the Equality Act 2010 to foster a deeper understanding of how faith intersects with diversity, equity, and inclusion. Designed to build awareness and confidence, these sessions help organisations become better informed about faith philosophies and theories.

Each workshop can be tailored to address specific priorities such as staff engagement, recruitment strategies, and community connections. Our sessions aim to enable proactive learning by creating a safe, informed space for learning and dialogue.

  • Our Cultural Competency related session focus on building awareness and practical understanding of Muslim identities. This learning equips organisations and individuals with the knowledge and skills to engage respectfully and effectively with Muslim communities. This training fosters understanding of cultural, religious, and social practices, helping to create inclusive environments that value diversity and build trust.

Through a reflective and interactive approach, the session provides contextual insights that help organisations develop confidence and competence in engaging with Muslim communities. Whether for internal organisational needs or external engagement purposes, this training equips participants with the knowledge and tools to foster inclusion, respect, and meaningful connections.

  • We provide tailored expertise in the design and procurement of multi-faith and quiet spaces for commercial organisations, non-profits, and event-based settings. These spaces are far more than physical environments: they create a foundation for belonging, a sense of welcome, and opportunities to engage with wider communities. By addressing historical and cultural barriers, they enable inclusive participation and foster meaningful connections across diverse demographics.

  • As the halal food industry continues to grow and food and beverage companies expand into new markets, our Halal Food & Catering Learning program is designed to help organisations understand and implement best practices for providing halal-compliant food and catering services. This training builds awareness of religious and cultural requirements, ensuring inclusivity and respect for Muslim dietary needs in diverse settings.

Our program not only covers the principles of halal certification but also highlights how kitchen practices and operational processes need to adapt when offering halal products to Muslim consumers. This training ensures businesses can confidently deliver inclusive, authentic, and culturally sensitive food services.

“It was extremely informative and powerful to listen to Ismail's experiences, both from a lived experience perspective and a professional one. Following this, we’ve had some time to reflect and consider what we are already doing in this space and what more we can do.” 💡

“Ismail was a really good listener and delivered information well. The honesty from him was also important – he's a Muslim but that doesn't mean he can speak for every Muslim. I've taken a lot away since that Faith Awareness day, and would highly recommend it to others!”
